  1. It can prevent diabetes, makes you more fit, have less body fat, also lowers obesity rates. Also improves cognition and math skills. I think you shared this with us to show how just a little bit of exercise every day can really benefit us and that is regardless of our eating habits. I think parents can encourage there kids to exercise or exercise with them or their friends can do the same. I think kids need to have incentives to exercise. But I don't know what they should be.

  2. Twenty minute exercise can prevent diabetes. Once the kids started exercising they became more fit and lost weight. The more they exercised the better! This exercise also helped with math skills. You shared this with us to teach us how important exercise is. If we exercise just a little bit a day it will help us in many different ways.

  3. The benefits of 20 minutes of exercise are very huge. It can reduce the risk of getting diabetes at a young age, it can reduce the amount of body fat a child has, and can easily make you a little healthier the longer you stick to a work out routine. I think you shared this with us, because of how high the obesity risks are right now. Also, parents, teachers, and even us kids and students can help each other lose the weight and exercise to become a healthier world. I think schools should have a free exercise program after school for those who think they need the help.

  4. I think you shared this article with us because it shows that with the 90 minutes we have activity we are able to get fit. I think everyone could help get kids more fit, teachers, parents, siblings, friends even us highschoolers could help encourage younger kids. I think making excersize a game could help make younger kids get more excersize. when i babysit, kids seem to like things better if you make it into a game.

  5. You shared this with us to make a point of how important it can be on so many different levels. Even exercising for as short as twenty minutes can have a big impact. The health risks that exercising can help with are big. I know what people with diabetes have to go through and I definitely do not want to get it! It effects your daily life so much. Making exercising fun is the best way to get people to do it. Not everyone likes to exercise the same way. I like to be competitive and that the best way for me to work out.

  7. The benefits of 20 minutes of exercise per day were a reduction in body fat and the possible prevention of diabetes. I think you shared this with us to emphasize the fact that you don't necessarily have to be in a sport to be in shape and healthy. Just a few minutes everyday can make quite the difference! Anyone can help kids get exercise. As long as someone makes a game out of it, they won't even realize they are exercising. After school programs may help kids get in shape, or even a few teachers organizing some games like tag or knock-out during recess could help as well.
